About The Position
This role is for a Vehicle Delivery Ambassador at a luxury automotive dealership, specifically for Lincoln. Unlike traditional valet positions, it does not involve running, and most locations are protected from the elements. The job involves picking up and delivering cars to customers and assisting with car washing at the dealership when not performing deliveries. It offers a fast-paced environment and flexible full-time and part-time schedules. Shifts are typically Monday - Friday: 7 am - 1 pm / 1 pm - 6 pm, with normal business hours from morning to late afternoon and limited demand on evenings and closed Sundays. The position also provides valuable experience in customer service and hospitality.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Valid driver's license for at least one year (this does not include a temporary license)
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to sit and/or stand through an entire shift
- Professional in appearance
- Perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, walking, and jogging
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Move vehicles throughout the dealership
- Transport customers in the Courtesy Shuttle
- Move vehicles between dealerships
- Pick up customer vehicles and transport the vehicle back to the dealership
- Organize vehicle inventory around the dealership
- Wash cars at the dealerships when not delivering vehicles
