The job involves working normal business hours, typically morning to late afternoon, with limited evening demand and closed Sundays. Specific shift times are Monday - Saturday: 7:00 am - 1 pm / 1 pm - 7 pm. Key aspects of the role include providing world-class hospitality to customers, safely moving and organizing vehicles throughout the dealership, and potentially performing vehicle wash, parts delivery, and quality control at some locations. Team members will gain insight into dealership operations by assisting with various tasks and, if eligible and properly trained, may have opportunities to drive vehicles and customers off-site. A significant responsibility is thoroughly cleaning new and used vehicles to meet Citrin's standards, which includes tasks such as cleaning wheels, pressure washing exteriors, hand drying, and vacuuming interior carpets and seats. All roles are described as engaging, fast-paced, and focused on delivering an unmatched level of client service.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers as they arrive with an emphasis on world class hospitality
  • Moving vehicles safely throughout the dealership with an emphasis on safety and focus
  • Move vehicle and Organize vehicle inventory around the dealership
  • Provide vehicle wash, parts delivery, and quality control (at some dealerships)
  • Learn the ins and outs of the dealership by assisting with various tasks as needed
  • Drive vehicles and customers off-site around the city (for eligible and properly trained team members at some locations)
  • Thoroughly clean new and used vehicles to ensure every vehicle is re-delivered with Pride and to Citrin Standards
  • Cleaning wheels
