The job involves working normal business hours, typically morning to late afternoon, with limited evening demand and closed Sundays. Shift times are Monday - Friday: 7:00 am - 1 pm / 1 pm - 7 pm, Saturday 7:00 am- 5:00pm, Sunday 7am- 3:00pm. Part-time hours on weekends are required. The role is engaging, fast-paced, and focuses on providing an unmatched level of client service. Team members will learn the ins and outs of the dealership by assisting with various tasks as needed. At some locations, eligible and properly trained team members will have the opportunity to drive vehicles and customers off-site around the city. The role also includes thoroughly cleaning new and used vehicles to ensure every vehicle is re-delivered with Pride and to Citrin Standards, which may involve cleaning wheels, pressure washing exterior, hand drying, and vacuuming interior carpets and seats. Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Valid driver's license for at least one year (this does not include a temporary license)
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to sit and/or stand through an entire shift
• Professional appearance
• Perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, walking, and jogging
• Strong communication skills
• All candidates are subject to a criminal background check and/or motor vehicle record check after a conditional offer is accepted

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers as they arrive with an emphasis on world class hospitality
• Moving vehicles safely throughout the dealership with an emphasis on safety and focus
• Move vehicle and Organize vehicle inventory around the dealership
• Provide vehicle wash, parts delivery, and quality control (at some dealerships)
• Learn the ins and outs of the dealership by assisting with various tasks as needed
• Drive vehicles and customers off-site around the city (at some locations for eligible and properly trained team members)
• Thoroughly clean new and used vehicles to ensure every vehicle is re-delivered with Pride and to Citrin Standards
• Cleaning wheels, pressure washing exterior, hand drying, Vacuumming interior carpets and seats (as part of vehicle cleaning)
• Embodying core values in every interaction with guests and teammates
