Requirements

Availability to maintain the working schedule Monday- Friday 7am- 5:30pm
Excellent time management skills
Ability to multitask and provide top notch customer service
Valid driver’s license for at least one year (this does not include your learner permit)
At least 18 years of age
Ability to pass our background, motor vehicle record check upon contingent offer

Responsibilities

Greet loaner customers and begin the process of having the vehicle pulled up by the valet team, and assist with getting customers to their service advisor for a proper check out
Verify all agreements are closed, vehicles are inspected, and outstanding balances are charged in the system against the card on file
Ensure vehicles being checked in/out are properly noted/documented for condition, damage, fuel usage, etc. according to company standards
Obtain estimates when damage is found and follow vehicles through the repair process, maintaining awareness and communicating status and timeline to the team
Monitor and maintain awareness of loaner car reporting and stats - utilization, average length of loan, etc.
Confirm and coordinate pre-assigning of loaners to the daily appointments and ensure that vehicles are staged and ready for appointments. This includes checking condition, verifying documentation, registration, insurance, etc.
