About The Position

Warren Henry Auto Group is seeking a full-time Vehicle Concierge to provide service to luxury customers as a frontline member of the business. The role offers work in a fast-paced environment and focuses on vehicle delivery and pickup. The concierge ensures vehicles are ready for delivery, coordinates logistics with dealership teams, collects customer signatures and required paperwork, inspects returned vehicles, records vehicle condition, and performs errands and lot maintenance as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or at least two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to communicate positively and eagerly with customers and employees.
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance and wear a uniform while performing job duties or attending training.
• Maintain a professional manner in uniform, including when away from dealership premises.

Responsibilities

• Ensure vehicles are in delivery-ready condition and have sufficient fuel.
• Confirm logistical details with the Service Manager, Service Advisors, BDC Department, and Dispatcher.
• Collect all required customer signatures at delivery or pickup.
• Obtain required documents from the loaner department and service advisors before a trip.
• Inspect vehicles for customers’ belongings left behind.
• Record vehicle condition using the Record 360 application.
• Perform errands as needed.
• Perform lot maintenance as needed.
