About The Position

Join Allen Honda as a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist! Allen Honda has been family-owned and operated since 1954, and we’re proud to serve the Bryan/College Station community from our state-of-the-art facility. We’re expanding our team and looking for a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to help us source and purchase vehicles for our growing inventory! This is a role for someone with solid automotive instincts, strong follow-up habits, and the ability to work independently while staying aligned with the team. We are hiring a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to join a fast-moving, established buying operation.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong time management and multitasking ability.
Ambitious, goal-oriented mentality.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Source vehicles for a high-volume buying team, purchasing 85-90 vehicles per month.
Evaluate and negotiate vehicle purchases.
Maintain strong relationships with sellers and customers.
Respond to inquiries and recommend acquisition strategies.
Coordinate with the Sales Manager and General Manager.
