Requirements

Exceptional communication skills.
Lead outstanding customer service and high employee engagement programs and systems.

Nice To Haves

Dealership experience is preferred, but not required; training will be provided to the right individual.
Previous experience purchasing and appraising used cars is a plus.
Pricing analyst experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Purchase and appraise used car inventory.
Develop and maintain a buying network.
Review trade-ins and appraisals through established processes.
Market to customers selling their vehicles.
Handle information and inquiries from inbound and outbound calls, including trade-ins, pre-owned vehicles, internet leads, and general information requests.
Provide exceptional customer service by meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
