About The Position
This is a Locum Tenens position for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in Vascular Surgery at an inpatient hospital in Toledo, OH. The role involves providing comprehensive care to adult patients, performing consults, and managing cardiovascular surgery patients. The NP/PA will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and document patient encounters in the Epic EMR system, ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and quality standards. The coverage period is from July 13, 2026, to November 13, 2026, with a Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM shift schedule. Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are covered.
Requirements
- Board Certified
- Active OH License
- Active DEA Certification
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- Self-Query NPDB report must be dated within 30 days
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to adult patients in an inpatient hospital setting.
- Perform consults and manage cardiovascular surgery patients.
