Vascular Surgeon - Beeville, TX
About The Position
National Wound Physician Group is hiring a Vascular Surgeon to provide bedside wound management in post-acute care settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals. Physicians conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility and visit two to three facilities per day, treating approximately 20–30 patients daily. The mobile practice covers facilities within a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location. Clinical documentation is completed in real time at the point of care using a proprietary wound-specific EMR. The position offers full-time or part-time schedules. Full-time physicians work four to five days per week, Monday through Friday, with listed hours of 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.; part-time physicians commit to at least three weekdays per week. There are no night, call, or weekend clinical responsibilities. Paid onboarding training and a six-month wound care fellowship are provided. This is W-2 employment, and work visa sponsorship is not available.
Requirements
- Hold a full, active, unrestricted MD or DO medical license in the state where practicing.
- Commit to at least three weekdays per week, Monday through Friday.
