About The Position
Clinton High School is seeking to fill our open Varsity Baseball Head Coaching position for the 2027 season. Interested candidates must understand their responsibility to be an exemplary role model, (on and off the field) and great communicator, (with players, parents and the community at large).
Requirements
- Must be certified in First Aid and CPR by the start of the 2027 season
- CAP 1 or CAP 2 by the start of the 2027 season
- Previous successful coaching experience.
Responsibilities
- Comply with MHSAA rules/off season policies as well as department/district policies.
- Maintain consistent communication with Athletic Director.
- Plan and execute well-organized practices.
- Develop character, commitment and confidence in student athletes.
- Maintain effective pre-season and in-season conditioning programs.
- Model exemplary behavior toward players, parents, opponents and officials.
- Other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director.
