2026 Head Varsity Track Coach - 2026/2027
About The Position
Propel Schools is seeking an Head Varsity Track Coach for the 26-27 season starting this spring. This role will support the Varsity program with the assistant coach, athletic director, and other coaching staff. The coach will be responsible for implementing off-season programs in accordance with WPIAL/PIAA regulations and attending all required PIAA preseason coaching meetings and mandatory coaching certification/trainings in compliance with PIAA regulations. The 2026-2027 Varsity Track Season is scheduled to begin in March and conclude in May, with potential for postseason play. This position includes a seasonal stipend of $3,000, which will be prorated for coaches who begin after the official start of the season.
Requirements
- Prior Varsity or Junior Varsity coaching experience
- Up-to-date TB Test
- Act 34 Criminal Clearance
- Act 114 FBI Clearance
- Act 151 Child Abuse Clearance
- Mandated Reporter Training
Nice To Haves
- Student-athlete experience on the high school and/or intercollegiate level
- Prior high school coaching experience
- USATF certification
Responsibilities
