About The Position

Miracle Kids Success Academy (MKSA) and Kids Unlimited Learning Academy (KULA) are seeking friendly and responsible Van Riders to help children travel safely and comfortably. The Van Rider accompanies children during transportation and helps create a safe, welcoming, and positive experience for children and families. The role supports children’s safe arrival and readiness for their day as part of a team serving children from birth through kindergarten, including children with developmental delays and disabilities. Full-time and part-time positions are available. No previous experience is required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a variety of people.
• Ability to work compassionately with children from birth through age six and their families.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good judgment and practical problem-solving skills.
• Basic written communication and math skills.
• Dependable, punctual, caring, patient, friendly, professional, attentive, organized, and able to remain focused in a busy environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children is helpful but not necessary.

• Accompany children during transportation and help ensure they travel safely and comfortably.
• Help create a safe, welcoming, and positive transportation experience for children and families.
• Communicate professionally with children, families, coworkers, and drivers.
• Follow transportation and safety procedures.
• Help children arrive safely and ready for their day.
