About The Position

Miracle Kids Success Academy (MKSA) and Kids Unlimited Learning Academy (KULA) are seeking dependable, caring Van Riders to help children travel safely and comfortably. The role involves accompanying children during transportation and helping create a safe, welcoming, and positive experience for children and families. Van Riders are part of a team that supports children with developmental delays and disabilities, primarily from birth through kindergarten, and helps them arrive safely and ready for their day.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Previous experience is not required. Candidates should be comfortable working with young children and communicating professionally with children, families, coworkers, and drivers. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• No previous experience is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a variety of people.
• Ability to work compassionately with children from birth through age six and their families.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good judgment and practical problem-solving skills.
• Basic written communication and math skills.
• Dependability, punctuality, patience, and the ability to remain focused in a busy environment.
