About The Position

Miracle Kids Success Academy (MKSA) and Kids Unlimited Learning Academy (KULA) are seeking friendly, responsible Van Riders to help children travel safely and comfortably. The role involves accompanying children during transportation and helping create a safe, welcoming, and positive experience for children and families. Van Riders are part of a team serving primarily children from birth through kindergarten with developmental delays and disabilities, helping them arrive safely and ready for their day. Full-time and part-time positions are available, and no previous experience is required. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 21 years of age.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a variety of people.
• Ability to work compassionately with children from birth through age six and their families.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to following safety procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good judgment and practical problem-solving skills.
• Basic written communication and math skills.
• Dependable, punctual, caring, patient, friendly, professional, organized, and attentive.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children is helpful but not necessary.
