About The Position
Hallcon is hiring Van Drivers to safely and dependably transport railroad crew members to assigned locations, supporting railroad operations. Hallcon provides the vehicle, fuel, insurance, and comprehensive training. The role does not require a CDL, high school diploma, GED, or resume, and does not involve high-pressure delivery quotas, loading or unloading packages, or prolonged standing. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with flexible hours and varying schedules that are not scheduled.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Have a current, valid state-issued driver's license.
- Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

- Preferably live within 30 minutes of the location.
Responsibilities
- Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle.
- Use navigation tools effectively.
- Adhere to Hallcon's safe driving standards.
- Communicate and write in English.
