About The Position

The Van Driver operates the hotel shuttle to transport guests safely and on time. The role provides courteous customer service to support guest satisfaction, assists guests with their luggage and hotel-related questions, and helps with general hotel operations as needed. The driver also keeps the vehicle clean, reports maintenance issues, and performs minor vehicle maintenance and light housekeeping.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of shuttle-driving and customer-service experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong customer-service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to handle minor vehicle maintenance tasks.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for required morning and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive the hotel shuttle and ensure timely guest pickups and drop-offs.
• Help guests load and unload luggage and provide information about hotel services.
• Keep the vehicle clean and promptly report maintenance issues.
• Lock vehicle doors and maintain a visible presence to assist guests and support security.
