About The Position
Hallcon is hiring Van Drivers to safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations. The company provides the vehicle, fuel, insurance, and comprehensive paid training. No CDL, high school diploma, GED, or resume is required. The role has no high-pressure delivery quotas, package loading or unloading, or prolonged standing. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with flexible hours and varying, unscheduled schedules.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Have a current, valid state-issued driver's license.
- Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

- Preferably live within 30 minutes of the location.
Responsibilities
- Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle.
- Use navigation tools effectively.
- Follow Hallcon's safe driving standards.
- Communicate and write in English.
