About The Position
Hallcon is hiring Van Drivers to provide safe, dependable transportation for railroad crews to assigned locations, supporting railway operations. Hallcon provides the vehicle, fuel, insurance, and comprehensive training. A CDL, high school diploma, GED, and resume are not required. The role has no high-pressure delivery quotas, package loading or unloading, or prolonged standing. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with flexible, varying, and unscheduled hours. Starting pay is $13.01.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have a current, valid state-issued driver's license.
- Must be able to communicate and write in English.
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

- Preferably live within 30 minutes of the location.
Responsibilities
- Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle.
- Use navigation tools effectively.
- Follow Hallcon's safe driving standards.
