About The Position
Hallcon is hiring Van Drivers to provide safe, dependable transportation to members of railroad crews, supporting railway operations. Hallcon provides the vehicle, fuel, insurance, and comprehensive training. The role does not require a CDL, a high school diploma or GED, or a resume. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. The work involves flexible, varying, and unscheduled hours. Starting pay is $12.11.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Have a current, valid state-issued driver's license.
- Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Be able to communicate and write in English.

- Preferably live within a 30-minute distance of the location.
Responsibilities
- Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle.
- Use navigation tools effectively.
- Adhere to Hallcon's safe driving standards.
- Communicate and write in English.
