About The Position
Hallcon is hiring Van Drivers to provide safe, dependable transportation for railroad crew members and support railway operations. The company provides the vehicle, fuel, insurance, and comprehensive training; a CDL is not required. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with flexible hours and varying, unscheduled schedules. Pay starts at $11.96. Reimbursement for special licensing is available.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Have a current, valid state-issued driver's license.
- Be able to communicate and write in English.
- Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

- Preferably live within 30 minutes of the location.
Responsibilities
- Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle.
- Use navigation tools effectively.
- Follow Hallcon's safe driving standards.
