About The Position
Hallcon is hiring Van Drivers to provide safe, dependable transportation for railroad crews to assigned locations. Hallcon provides the vehicle, fuel, insurance, and comprehensive training. No CDL, high school diploma, GED, or resume is required. The role has full-time and part-time opportunities and flexible, varying schedules that are not scheduled in advance. Starting pay is $15.06.
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age.
- Current, valid state-issued driver's license.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Ability to communicate and write in English.

- Preferably live within 30 minutes of the location.
Responsibilities
- Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle.
- Use navigation tools effectively.
- Adhere to Hallcon's safe driving standards.
- Communicate and write in English.
