About The Position
Hallcon is hiring Van Drivers to provide safe, dependable transportation for railroad crews, supporting railway operations. Hallcon provides the vehicle, fuel, insurance, and comprehensive training. No CDL is required. The role has full-time and part-time opportunities and flexible, varying schedules that are not scheduled in advance. There are no high-pressure delivery quotas, package loading or unloading, or prolonged standing requirements. The starting pay rate is $16.15.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Have a current, valid state-issued driver's license.
- Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

- Preferably live within 30 minutes of the location.
Responsibilities
- Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle.
- Use navigation tools effectively.
- Adhere to Hallcon's safe driving standards.
- Communicate and write in English.
