NET Trans is seeking Van Drivers in your community for a Full-Time position. The role involves transporting clients to appointments and for shopping. A van will be provided and parked in the employee's driveway, eliminating the commute to work. The early morning shift for new hires in Washington County is Monday through Friday, 6 am to 3 pm, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break, and Sundays are guaranteed off. The start date for the next hiring class is September 21, 2026. Employees in this class are under supervision and responsible for transporting clients using agency-provided vehicles, including wheelchair lift-equipped vans. The role requires using defensive driving techniques, operating the van in a timely and safe manner, and adhering to all applicable Agency, State, and Federal regulations. Driver trainings are mandatory. Approximately 95% of the employee's time will be dedicated to van operation. Responsibilities include providing client assistance on and off the van, especially for those with mobility impairments, and performing frequent stepping, stooping, twisting, climbing, pushing, pulling, kneeling, and bending.
