About The Position
Hallcon is hiring Van Drivers to safely and dependably transport railroad crews to assigned locations, supporting railway operations. Hallcon provides the vehicle, fuel, insurance, and comprehensive training; a CDL, high school diploma, GED, and resume are not required. The position has full-time and part-time opportunities, with flexible hours and varying, unscheduled schedules. The role does not involve high-pressure delivery quotas, loading or unloading packages, or prolonged standing.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Have a current, valid state-issued driver's license.
- Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

- Preferably live within a 30-minute distance of the location.
Responsibilities
- Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle.
- Use navigation tools effectively.
- Adhere to Hallcon's safe driving standards.
- Communicate and write in English.
