About The Position
Hallcon is hiring Van Drivers to provide safe, dependable transportation for railroad crews traveling to assigned locations. Hallcon provides the vehicle, fuel, insurance, and comprehensive training. No CDL, high school diploma, GED, or resume is required. The role has full-time and part-time opportunities, with flexible hours and varying, unscheduled schedules. Drivers are not subject to high-pressure delivery quotas, package loading or unloading, or prolonged standing. Starting pay is $14.20.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 21.
- Current, valid state-issued driver's license.
- Ability to communicate and write in English.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

- Preferably live within 30 minutes of the location.
Responsibilities
- Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle.
- Use navigation tools effectively.
- Follow Hallcon's safe driving standards.
