About The Position
Hallcon is hiring Van Drivers to safely and reliably transport railroad crew members to assigned locations, supporting railway operations. Hallcon provides the vehicle, fuel, insurance, and comprehensive training. No CDL, high school diploma, GED, or resume is required. The role has full-time and part-time opportunities, with flexible, varying, and unscheduled hours. Starting pay is $11.73.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Have a current, valid state-issued driver's license.
- Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

- Preferably live within 30 minutes of the location.
Responsibilities
- Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle.
- Use navigation tools effectively.
- Adhere to Hallcon's safe driving standards.
- Communicate and write in English.
