About The Position
Hallcon is hiring Van Drivers to safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations, supporting the essential operations of the railways. Hallcon provides the vehicle, fuel, insurance, and comprehensive training. No CDL, high school diploma, GED, or resume is required. The role does not involve high-pressure delivery quotas, package loading or unloading, or prolonged standing. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with flexible hours and varying, unscheduled schedules.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Have a current, valid state-issued driver's license.
- Communicate and write in English.
- Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

- Preferably live within a 30-minute distance of the location.
Responsibilities
- Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle.
