About The Position
Hallcon is hiring Van Drivers to safely and dependably transport railroad crews to assigned locations, supporting railway operations. Hallcon provides the vehicle, fuel, insurance, and comprehensive training. No CDL, high school diploma, GED, or resume is required. The role is offered on a full-time or part-time basis, with flexible, varying schedules that are not scheduled in advance. Starting pay is $12.11.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Have a current, valid state-issued driver’s license.
- Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Be able to communicate and write in English.

- Preferably live within 30 minutes of the location.
Responsibilities
- Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle.
- Use navigation tools effectively.
- Follow Hallcon’s safe driving standards.
- Communicate and write in English.
