About The Position
Hallcon is hiring Van Drivers to provide safe, dependable transportation for railroad crews, helping support railway operations. Hallcon provides the vehicle, fuel, insurance, and comprehensive training. The role does not require a commercial driver's license, high school diploma, GED, or resume. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Schedules are flexible and vary, and are not scheduled in advance. Starting pay is $15.06.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Have a current, valid state-issued driver's license.
- Be able to communicate and write in English.
- Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

- Preferably live within a 30-minute distance of the location.
Responsibilities
- Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle.
- Use navigation tools effectively.
- Follow Hallcon's safe driving standards.
