About The Position
Hallcon is hiring Van Drivers to provide safe, dependable transportation for railroad crews traveling to assigned locations. The role supports railroad operations and does not require a commercial driver's license. Hallcon provides the vehicle, fuel, insurance, and training. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with flexible and varying schedules that are not scheduled in advance. Starting pay is $14.26.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 21.
- Current, valid state-issued driver's license.
- Ability to communicate and write in English.
- Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

- Preferably live within 30 minutes of the location.
Responsibilities
- Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle.
- Use navigation tools effectively.
