About The Position
Hallcon is hiring Van Drivers to provide safe, dependable transportation for railroad crews, supporting railway operations. Hallcon provides the vehicle, fuel, insurance, and comprehensive training. No CDL, high school diploma, GED, or resume is required. The role has full-time and part-time opportunities and does not involve delivery quotas, loading or unloading packages, or prolonged standing. Schedules are flexible and vary, and drivers are not scheduled in advance. Starting pay is $12.42.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 21.
- Current, valid state-issued driver's license.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Ability to communicate and write in English.

- Preferably live within a 30-minute distance of the location.
Responsibilities
- Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle.
- Use navigation tools effectively.
- Adhere to Hallcon's safe driving standards.
- Communicate and write in English.
