About The Position
Hallcon is hiring Van Drivers to provide safe, dependable transportation for railroad crews, supporting railway operations. The company provides the vehicle, fuel, insurance, and comprehensive paid training. No commercial driver’s license is required. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with flexible hours and varying, unscheduled schedules. The role does not involve high-pressure delivery quotas, loading or unloading packages, or prolonged standing.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Have a current, valid state-issued driver’s license.
- Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Ability to communicate and write in English.

- Preferably live within a 30-minute distance of the location.
Responsibilities
- Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle.
- Use navigation tools effectively.
- Follow Hallcon’s safe driving standards.
- Communicate and write in English.
