About The Position
Hallcon is hiring Van Drivers to provide safe, dependable transportation to members of railroad crews, supporting railway operations. The company provides the vehicle, fuel, insurance, and comprehensive training. No CDL, high school diploma, GED, or resume is required. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. The role involves flexible hours and varying, unscheduled schedules. Starting pay is $13.98.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 21.
- Current, valid state-issued driver's license.
- Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Ability to communicate and write in English.

- Preferably live within 30 minutes of the location.
Responsibilities
- Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle.
- Use navigation tools effectively.
- Adhere to Hallcon's safe driving standards.
- Communicate and write in English.
