About The Position
Hallcon is hiring van drivers to provide safe, dependable transportation for railroad crews, supporting essential railway operations. The company provides the vehicle, fuel, insurance, and comprehensive training. No CDL, high school diploma, GED, or resume is required. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. The role has no delivery quotas, package loading or unloading, or prolonged standing. Schedules are flexible and vary; drivers are not scheduled.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Have a current, valid state-issued driver's license.
- Communicate and write in English.
- Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

- Preferably live within 30 minutes of the location.
Responsibilities
- Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle.
- Use navigation tools effectively.
- Adhere to Hallcon's safe driving standards.
