About The Position
Hallcon is hiring a Van Driver to provide safe, dependable transportation for railroad crews to assigned locations. The role does not require a CDL. Hallcon provides the vehicle, fuel, insurance, and comprehensive training. This position has full-time and part-time opportunities, with flexible, varying schedules that are not scheduled in advance. No high school diploma, GED, or resume is required. The work does not involve high-pressure delivery quotas, loading or unloading packages, or prolonged standing.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Have a current, valid state-issued driver's license.
- Be able to communicate and write in English.
- Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

- Preferably live within 30 minutes of the location.
Responsibilities
- Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle.
- Use navigation tools effectively.
- Follow Hallcon's safe driving standards.
