About The Position
Hallcon is hiring Van Drivers to provide safe, dependable transportation for railroad crews, supporting railway operations. The company provides the vehicle, fuel, insurance, and comprehensive training. No CDL, high school diploma, GED, or resume is required. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. The role has no high-pressure delivery quotas, package loading or unloading, or prolonged standing. Schedules are flexible and variable, and drivers are not scheduled in advance. Starting pay is $17.93.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have a current, valid state-issued driver's license.
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Must be able to communicate and write in English.

- Preferably live within 30 minutes of the location.
Responsibilities
- Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle.
- Use navigation tools effectively.
- Follow Hallcon's safe driving standards.
- Communicate and write in English.
