About The Position
As a Van Driver at the Westin Crystal City in Arlington, Virginia, you will provide safe and timely transportation for hotel guests while delivering friendly, helpful service. You will be an important first and last impression for guests and represent the hotel with professionalism and courtesy. The role is full-time, with a swing shift and an hourly salary range of $13.00 to $13.50.
Requirements
- Experience in guest service or transportation roles.
- A clean driving record and comfort operating larger vehicles.
- Strong communication skills and a calm, friendly demeanor.
- Commitment to safety and dependable service.
- Enjoyment of helping people.
- Flexibility to work any shifts, including holidays and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate the hotel shuttle or van in accordance with traffic laws and company safety standards.
- Transport guests to and from designated locations, ensuring timely pickup and drop-off.
- Assist guests with luggage and communicate clearly and courteously.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and fuel levels, and complete daily inspection logs.
- Support front-of-house teams with guest needs and information.
- Represent the hotel with professionalism and courtesy.
