Van Driver
About The Position
Hallcon is hiring Van Drivers to provide safe, dependable transportation to railroad crew members and support railway operations. Hallcon provides the vehicle, fuel, insurance, and comprehensive training. A CDL, high school diploma, GED, and resume are not required. The work does not involve delivery quotas, loading or unloading packages, or prolonged standing. This role is available full-time or part-time, with flexible and varying schedules that are not scheduled. The starting pay rate is $16.65. Benefits listed include medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k), holiday pay, and paid training.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 21.
- Current valid state-issued driver's license.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Ability to communicate and write in English.

- Preferably live within 30 minutes of the location.
Responsibilities
- Safely and reliably transport railroad crews to assigned locations.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned vehicle.
- Use navigation tools effectively.
- Adhere to Hallcon's safe driving standards.
- Communicate and write in English.
