About The Position

Perform repair, assemble/disassemble, test, paint and ship wellhead equipment. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Practice safe work habits and comply with all quality, safety, health and environmental policies, procedures, programs and regulations. Maintain inventory for all identified components and sub-assemblies for wellhead equipment. Test equipment based on specifications. Checking compatibility of equipment, evaluating and inspecting condition, dry fitting and communicating relevant information with internal sources. Servicing equipment as requested by customers in accordance with maintenance procedures. Repairing equipment as requested by customers and as necessary due to field malfunctions. Identifying and ensuring appropriate tools, backup equipment and parts are available. Maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction by providing timely and competent service. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. This position operates in an industrial/field environment. The role requires working in and around manufacturing equipment, heavy machinery, and potentially hazardous materials.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Basic understanding of API, QA and QPM
  • Intermediate Computer Skills
  • Intermediate Language Skills
  • Intermediate Mathematical Skills
  • Intermediate Reasoning Ability
  • Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 12 hours per shift)
  • Climb stairs and ladders
  • Bend, stoop, kneel, and reach
  • Work in confined spaces when required
  • Operate heavy equipment and power tools
  • Perform repetitive movements
  • Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures
  • Participate in regular safety training
  • Complete required safety certifications
  • Comply with all environmental regulations
