Value Stream Manager

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (Computer Science or related field preferred)
- 5+ years of IT experience across multiple domains
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Working knowledge of SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management, Agile principles, and value stream mapping
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership skills
- SAFe/Agile certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 1 year)
Responsibilities
- Drive the flow of work across the value stream by translating product roadmaps into clear, actionable plans
- Partner with Product Management and Product Owners to sequence work for maximum business impact
- Monitor delivery metrics (predictability, throughput, business value) and champion continuous improvement
- Manage cross–value stream dependencies, risks, and readiness for each Program Increment
- Ensure work is sized, prioritized, and ready for PI planning and ART ceremonies
- Collaborate with other Value Stream Managers to align standards, practices, and delivery expectations
- Provide leadership to direct reports—coaching, developing, and empowering them to excel
