Valuation Quality Control III

About The Position

World Business Lenders (WBL) is a privately held portfolio lender specializing in real estate-secured business loans for underserved businesses. The company has a fully remote, multinational workforce and an experienced executive leadership team. Its collateral spans U.S. markets, including primary metros, tertiary markets, and rural locations, so the role requires defensible value opinions in markets the reviewer may not know firsthand. The Valuation Quality Control III reviews appraisals and other valuation products, independently tests value conclusions against market evidence, analyzes income properties and construction or development loans, and recommends values for relevant premises and stages of a loan. The role presents recommendations to Investment, Asset Resolution, and Initial Credit Review, and recommends additional reports or work when available information is insufficient. The typical schedule is 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, with additional hours as committee timing and business needs require. The position is fully remote, with occasional travel for leadership off sites or corporate events. A stable, reliable internet connection and a professional, dedicated remote working environment are required.
