About The Position

Join AGCO’s Validation Engineering team to gain hands-on experience testing and improving agricultural machinery. Working alongside experienced engineers, the co-op supports prototype testing, data collection, and product evaluation. The role offers an opportunity to apply classroom knowledge to real-world engineering challenges and contribute to the development of sustainable farming solutions. The program runs from May through December 2027.

Requirements

• Be enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program at the start of the program in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
• Be self-motivated and able to travel frequently by vehicle and air.
• Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Demonstrate a professional mindset and effective communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with agricultural equipment or off-highway machinery.

Responsibilities

• Use test equipment to collect and analyze data in the field.
• Report accurate test observations, results, part failures, performance data, and functional and reliability issues, and recommend improvements.
• Assist the engineering team in identifying and resolving potential safety hazards.
• Analyze and interpret data, and prepare reports communicating technical findings.
