About The Position

ACE Parking is seeking a Hotel Valet to deliver courteous, efficient parking and guest services while supporting the company’s values of accountability, communication, family, exceptional service, and profitability. The valet safely parks and retrieves vehicles, communicates parking procedures and fees, assists guests, and coordinates with team members. The role also includes maintaining the cleanliness and organization of parking areas, helping guests with bags or directions, managing parking spaces and fee collection, and promptly reporting maintenance or equipment issues. Compensation is $16.90–$17.00 per hour plus tips.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sense of accountability and responsibility.

Reliability and a friendly demeanor, with the ability to create a lasting impression.
Physical ability to move quickly and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Promptly and safely park and retrieve vehicles in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles and securely store keys.
Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
Greet guests warmly and professionally and explain parking procedures and fees.
Answer guests’ questions and concerns and handle issues calmly and professionally.
Coordinate with colleagues to provide efficient service.
Support team members during peak periods and foster a collaborative environment.
Provide friendly, courteous customer service and assist guests with parking needs.
Keep the parking lot and surrounding areas clean and organized, including clearing debris and trash.
Provide additional assistance as needed, such as carrying bags or giving directions.
Manage parking spaces efficiently and ensure parking fees are collected accurately.
Promptly report maintenance issues and equipment malfunctions.
