About The Position

Ace Parking is hiring a valet to provide safe, efficient parking and retrieval of vehicles while delivering courteous customer service. The position is scheduled for overnight hours, approximately 10 or 11 p.m. to 6 or 7 a.m., four days per week, totaling 32 hours per week. The role involves maintaining vehicle and key records, communicating parking procedures and fees, supporting guests and teammates, keeping parking areas clean, and helping maximize parking revenue.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong accountability and responsibility.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Reliability and a friendly demeanor, with the ability to create a lasting impression.
Physical ability to move quickly and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Previous valet or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Promptly and safely park and retrieve vehicles according to company policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles and securely store keys.
Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
Greet guests warmly and professionally.
Explain parking procedures and fees to guests.
Answer customer questions and concerns and handle issues calmly and professionally.
Coordinate with teammates to deliver efficient service.
Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment and assist colleagues during peak times or as needed.
Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to guests and assist with parking needs.
Keep the parking lot and surrounding areas clean and organized, including clearing debris and trash.
Provide additional assistance as needed, such as carrying bags or giving directions.
Manage parking spaces efficiently and ensure fees are collected accurately.
Promptly report maintenance issues and equipment malfunctions.
