About The Position

Valencia Hotel Group is a collection of hotels created for today’s passionate traveler, each of our hotels are intentionally built to showcase modern design and classic character. We are looking for team members who are ready to be empowered to go above and beyond. The Valet Supervisor at Caravan Court oversees all valet parking operations while always ensuring safety and efficiency. This role supports the Valet Manager with daily operations and oversight.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well with a team and demonstrate attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal abilities
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • No vehicle violations within the past 5 years
  • No prior experience required
  • No minimum education requirements required

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests according hotel standards
  • Register all vehicles in parking platform
  • Communicate the valet process to the guest
  • Assist guests with any luggage and directional needs
  • Professionally and efficiently park guest vehicles
  • Ensure staffing is sufficient
  • Monitor overtime and address as needed
  • Service and maintain valet transport shuttles
  • Plan and facilitate department meetings
  • Assist in department training
  • Anticipate and attend to guest needs during interactions
  • Be proactive when attending to guests
  • Assist guests with all concierge services
  • Attend and contribute to department meetings
  • Participate in cross training
  • Complete all required trainings
  • Facilitate all internal communications and follow up accordingly
  • Run all reports necessary to the operation
  • Complete full shift pass on reports and checklists
  • Log all work in appropriate platforms
  • Adhere to all safety and security guidelines
  • Follow all driving regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas
  • Display courteous behavior with guests and team members
  • Report any unsafe conditions immediately
  • Ensure hotel equipment is in proper working condition
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
