This role involves motivating and leading staff to foster teamwork and a customer service environment. The supervisor will handle customer inquiries and complaints, assist with accident/incident reports, and aid in staff training, scheduling, and evaluations. Additionally, they will support local management with equipment, uniform, and supply management, reconcile daily bank reports and ticket logs, and maintain logs for field bank transactions, uniforms, and parking violators. Monitoring facility cleanliness and physical conditions, reporting safety or maintenance issues, and performing valet, attendant, or cashier duties as needed are also key aspects of the position.
