The Valet Supervisor will be responsible for motivating and leading staff to promote teamwork and a customer service environment. This role involves responding to customer inquiries and complaints, assisting with accident/incident reports, and aiding in the training, scheduling, and evaluation of staff. The supervisor will also support local management in maintaining equipment, uniforms, and supplies, reconciling daily bank reports and ticket logs, and identifying discrepancies. Additionally, they will maintain logs of field bank transactions, uniforms issued, and parking violators, monitor facility cleanliness and physical conditions, and report safety or maintenance issues. The position requires performing valet, attendant, or cashier duties as needed.
