The Valet Supervisor ensures the safety of employees and guests at all times. This role involves overseeing the tracking of keys and vehicles, maintaining garage organization, and ensuring team members provide exceptional guest experiences. The supervisor sets a positive tone for the workplace with an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude, fostering a positive environment for both team members and customers. They also guide team members on appropriate language and communication, and set an example for professional appearance and adherence to uniform guidelines. The role includes overseeing team members to maintain a professional work area and performing other duties as assigned.

- Helps team members to remember to always use approved language choices.
- Communicates with other co-workers to inform each other of the organizational plan constructed when the shift is over.
