Valet Parking Attendant - Hilton Los Angeles Airport
About The Position
The Valet Parking Attendant transports and secures guest vehicles while providing welcoming, memorable hospitality. The role supports guest arrivals and departures by collecting keys, issuing claim tickets, and safely moving vehicles between the hotel driveway and designated parking areas. Attendants also assist with luggage and retrieve items from vehicles upon request, respond promptly to guest inquiries, and resolve issues in a friendly and efficient manner. The position is at the 1,200-room Hilton Los Angeles Airport. The schedule requires open availability for PM and overnight shifts, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays. The hourly rate is $25, based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Have open and flexible availability for PM and overnight shifts, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
- Hold a valid California Driver's License.
- Be able to operate a manual transmission vehicle.
- Have at least one year of customer service experience.
- Demonstrate hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, accountability, urgency, and discipline.
Nice To Haves
- Previous hotel experience.
- Previous valet experience.
