About The Position

The Bellperson/Porter supports guests by transporting and storing luggage, escorting guests, and providing warm, memorable hospitality. The role also operates property vehicles to transport guests to designated destinations and maintains clean, orderly, and serviceable bell carts and work areas. The hourly rate is $25, based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

• Demonstrate a passion for hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and accountability, and urgency and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist arriving and departing guests, escort them, transport their luggage, and familiarize them with their rooms and amenities.
• Retrieve, transport, organize, and store guest luggage in accordance with hotel standards and procedures.
• Operate property vehicles to transport guests to and from designated destinations.
• Keep bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order.
